Ruth Bat-Seraph

An Israeli operative and former Black Widow, Ruth Bat-Seraph is a highly skilled individual currently serving as a security advisor to President Thaddeus Ross. After foiling an attempted assassination on Ross, Bat-Seraph joins forces with Sam Wilson and Joaquín Torres to locate and bring those responsible to justice.
